After Care guide

Your Post Botox Guide

Here are the simple must-dos for the next few days:

  • Stay Upright: For at least 4 hours after your appointment, keep your head elevated. This helps the product stay exactly where we placed it.

  •  Don't Touch: We know it’s tempting, but please avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for 24 hours.

  • Skip the Sweat: Put the intense workouts, saunas, and hot yoga on hold for 24 hours. Keep it cool to minimize any swelling.

  • Hold the Toast: Try to avoid alcohol for 24 hours to reduce the chance of any bruising.

What to Expect:

Your results are just around the corner! While you might notice changes in a few days, the full, polished look will settle in around Day 14.

We can’t wait to see your final look!

Your Lip Filler After Care Guide

Your new pout is here!

Lips are delicate, so they need a little extra love over the next few days. Here is how to keep them looking their absolute best:

  •  Cool It Down: Gently apply a cold compress or ice pack (wrapped in a clean cloth) for 10–15 minutes at a time. This is your best friend for managing swelling and bruising in the first 24–48 hours.

  •  Hydration is Key: Drink plenty of water! Hyaluronic acid fillers love hydration, and it helps the healing process. Stick to a simple, nourishing lip balm or Aquaphor to keep the surface soft.

  • Watch the Heat: Avoid very hot drinks, spicy foods, and salty snacks for the first 24 hours. Your lips are sensitive right now, and heat can increase swelling.

  •  Skip the Straws: Try not to use straws or pucker your lips aggressively for the first day or two. Let the filler settle into its new home without extra pressure.

  • Take a Rest Day: Just like Botox, skip the intense gym sessions and saunas for 24–48 hours to keep blood flow and swelling at a minimum.

What to Expect:

Don’t panic if you see a bit of asymmetry or "lumpiness" in the first few days, this is almost always just swelling! Your lips will officially "marry" the filler and show their final, soft result in about 2 weeks.

Your Post Peel Protocol

Your skin is officially in "renewal mode!"

Whether you had the Radiant 30 or the Glow Peel, your main job now is to protect and hydrate. Here is your simple guide to the perfect post-peel recovery:

  • Back to Basics: Use a very gentle, sulfate-free cleanser and cool water. Avoid scrubbing or using washcloths, your fingertips are all you need for the next 5–7 days.

  •  Moisture, Moisture, Moisture: Your skin might feel a bit tight. Keep it happy with a bland, high-quality moisturizer. Think of it as a protective blanket for your new skin cells.

  • SPF is Non-Negotiable: Your fresh skin is extra sensitive to the sun. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every single morning, even if it’s cloudy. This prevents pigment changes and protects your investment!

  • Hands Off the Flakes: If you experience any flaking or peeling, do not pick or pull it. Let it shed naturally to avoid irritation or scarring.

  •  Pause the Actives: Put your Retinols, Vitamin C, and exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs) on "pause" for at least 7 days, or until your skin no longer feels sensitive.

What to Expect:

Day 2–3 is usually when the "glow" starts to emerge, or when any light flaking begins. Once the process is complete, you’ll be left with a noticeably smoother, more refined, and radiant complexion!

Micro Needling & PRP: The Recovery Roadmap

Your skin has been expertly "restarted!" Because we’ve created micro-channels to stimulate collagen,

your skin needs a very specific environment for the next 24 to 72 hours to heal beautifully.

  •  The 4-Hour Rule: Avoid touching your face or applying anything (including makeup or sunscreen) for at least 4 hours post-treatment. We want those micro-channels to begin closing naturally.

  •  Pure Hydration: For the first 24 hours, only use lukewarm water to rinse your face. After that, stick to the gentle cleanser and recovery balm we recommended. If you had PRP, let that "liquid gold" soak in as long as possible!

  • Clean Environment: Tonight is the night for a fresh pillowcase. Also, try to keep your hair pulled back and avoid resting your phone against your face.

  •  Sun : Your skin is highly vulnerable to UV right now. Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours. Once you hit the 24-hour mark, SPF becomes your best friend.

  •  Skip the "Active" Glow: No Retinols, Vitamin C, or exfoliating acids for 5–7 days. Let your natural collagen do the heavy lifting without interference.

What to Expect:

Immediately after, you’ll feel like you have a mild sunburn. This "pinkness" usually fades within 24–48 hours, leaving you with skin that feels tighter and looks increasingly more refined over the coming weeks as new collagen forms.
